Lately, a lot of my clients have been showing up with more than desire.

They show up heartbroken.

Some grieving breakups.

Some trapped in quiet, unhappy marriages.

Others stuck in toxic triangles or on-again-off-again affairs they can’t seem to walk away from.

They talk. I listen.

And somewhere between their pauses and their eyes, I feel it—

the pain, the longing, the confusion.

And I always ask one thing:

How do you feel after you leave them?

Not in the moment. Not in the high.

But after. In the silence. In your body.

If you feel angry, worried, anxious, not enough—

that’s your personal alarm going off.

That feeling is your truth.

Your body knows before your mind ever wants to accept it.

This work—this life I’ve lived as a sensual healer—

it’s shown me things no book ever could.

It’s taught me how to hold space for others.

How to guide without controlling.

How to help someone remember who they are…

especially when they’ve forgotten.

I’ve also learned how to show up for myself.

How to choose peace over chaos.

Depth over attention.

My body over their promises.

And that’s what this series is about.

It’s not just about the people who’ve passed through my life—

it’s about me learning to stop chasing love that costs me myself.

It’s about healing.

Reclaiming.

Remembering.
